Position Summary

Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Build and maintain the organizations identity and ensure marketing material is representing the company in a positive light. Create, update and enforce brand guidelines so all creative work is cohesive and aligned with the overall look and feel of the organization.  This individual will be behind the scenes helping orchestrate all of the pieces that go into bringing the product to market.  In addition, this individual will be involved in decisions related to creative and content of projects, strategy and alignment of projects, product positioning, concentration and knowledge of target audiences, messaging and branding.

  • coordinate marketing and advertising for all regions
  • conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • analysis of current market conditions and competitor information

Position Qualifications

Education: business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualifications

Experience:

  • technical marketing skills including graphic design
  • experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
  • proven experience in customer and market research
  • relevant product and industry knowledge
  • experience with relevant Microsoft Office suite programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • experience with relevant software applications including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent
  • Content management system i.e. WordPress
  • Ability to develop and manage marketing content using interactive displays or video displays
  • Knowledgeable of website design and design best practices
  • Knowledgeable of video marketing

Position Summary

Provide service to bank customers and provide support to the Evansville Banking Centers by distributing mail, supplies, and essential items from one place to another. Represent the Bank in a professional manner to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Pick up mail from the local Post Office daily and make sure that the mail is delivered accurately to the Main Office/Banking Center for distribution.
  • Deliver a wide variety of items, such as mail, supplies, and packages to the different Banking Centers and to various customers.
  • Follow routes and time schedules for prompt delivery of items to customers and Banking Centers.
  • Provide essential customer service to customers and staff of Banking Centers.
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate the Bank’s vehicle safely.
  • Picks up deposits and delivers change orders to customers in a locked bag on a predetermined schedule
  • Facilitates customer communication with appropriate loan officer
  • Seeks out potential business development opportunities and reports them to appropriate loan officer

Position Summary

Provide service to bank customers by conducting appropriate transactions accurately and efficiently and meeting the needs of customers by referring them to appropriate departments in the bank. And, when working as a Customer Service Specialist interviewing individuals that desire to open an account. Explain account services available to prospective customers and assist them in preparing documents.  When working as a Customer Service Specialist opening and closing a branch when necessary.

  • Balance drawer daily, including periodic batching of cashed checks
  • Interview customers to obtain information needed for opening accounts or renting safe-deposit boxes.
  • Issue initial and replacement safe-deposit keys to customers, and admit customers to vault
  • Investigate and correct errors upon customers’ request, according to customer and bank record
  • Execute wire transfers of funds
  • Duplicated records for distribution to branch offices
