3. Redirect your automatic payments
Complete this form to change your automatic withdrawals or automated payment services. Don’t forget about those that use your old debit card number.
4. Close your present checking account
This form notifies your old financial institution about the accounts you are closing. Fill out the information and send or drop it off at your old financial institution!
