Meet your local banker, Brandi Hall!

Brandi Hall serves as the Office Manager for United Fidelity Bank, bringing more than ten years of banking experience to her role. Known for her strong relationship-building skills and commitment to exceptional customer service, Brandi plays a key part in ensuring the branch operates smoothly and efficiently. She manages and maintains daily branch operations while providing coaching, support, and training to branch personnel. With her extensive knowledge and passion for helping others, she finds genuine joy in assisting customers as they select the financial products that best fit their needs.

A lifelong resident of the St. Elmo area, Brandi attended the St. Elmo school system from kindergarten through her senior year. Deeply rooted in her community, she continues to give through her involvement in the St. Elmo High School Student of the Month program, proudly sponsored by United Fidelity Bank. She is also an active member of Cornerstone Christian Church in Effingham.

Outside of work, Brandi treasures her role as a mom to her sweet daughter. She also enjoys photography, using her creative eye to capture meaningful moments for families in the community. Her dedication to service, both professionally and personally, reflects her genuine care for the people she serves each day.
