Desiree is an Office Manager at United Fidelity Bank serving our Shelbyville Banking Center. With 18 years of banking experience, she provides outstanding and efficient customer service to meet the needs of our customers. As a well-versed banking professional, Desiree provides information about our banking products and services to best assist customers with their financial needs.

Born and raised in the central Illinois area, Desiree and her family still reside there. She has two children, and actively participates in their extracurricular activities. She currently assists in the National Honor Society and Spanish Club at her daughter’s school. In her spare time, Desiree enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family.
