Position Summary

Report directly to the Retail Support Specialist with an administrative reporting relationship to SVP, Branch Administration. Assists with branch risk monitoring, reporting, and procedure development/enhancements.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of retail branch policies and procedures
  • Completes daily cash balancing input, reporting, and monitoring
  • Processes cash balancing correction requests from retail branches and monitors for accuracy and potential areas of risk
  • Reconciles daily over & short between Integrated Teller and FMS to limit risk potential
  • Monitors overdraft/NSF decisions for compliance to policy and potential risk
  • Distributes an updated weekly over & short report to retail branch management team, ensuring management is aware of outages exceeding policy guidelines
  • Assists in monitoring teller override reports and adherence to override limits
  • Compiles monthly teller transaction totals and updates report accordingly
  • Assists with risk monitoring and mitigation
  • Fields Retail Support department calls to assist retail branch associates with problem solving and provide guidance of policy & procedures
  • Assists in scheduling of retail branch associates
  • Assists in collecting topic information and delivering needed material to retail branch team during monthly Retail Operations Meetings
  • Assists in onboarding and maintenance of associates in Integrated Teller
  • Assists in retail branch audits and cash counts as needed
  • Provides on-site support to retail branches as needed
  • Provides retail branch support pre & post-conversion/acquisition when applicable
  • Assists with project implementation and rollout of new products and services

Position Qualifications

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: Five or more years related banking experience

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Knowledge of Fiserv systems (preferred)
