Basic Purpose/Function: Provides superior service to the customers by servicing transactional needs, maintaining confidentiality and responding to customer questions/requests in a timely manner. Process and open new accounts, wire transfers, debit card inquiries and internet banking in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, limits and procedures. Incumbent works under general direction.

Job Functions & Responsibilities :

Assist customers with bank products and other banking transactions including new accounts, stop payments, safe deposit boxes, internet banking and debit cards.

Accept, process, and assist in the input of wire transfer requests, and other funds transfer requests.

Assist in the preparation and administration of the new deposit accounts for risk rating and filing

Prepares TT&L entries daily, process chargebacks and other basket entries including ensuring that all wire and transaction receipts are mailed on a daily basis.

Assist Teller staff in performing general transactions including non-cash transactions, preparation of monetary instruments.
