Position Summary

Provide service to bank customers and provide support to the Evansville Banking Centers by distributing mail, supplies, and essential items from one place to another. Represent the Bank in a professional manner to increase customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Pick up mail from the local Post Office daily and make sure that the mail is delivered accurately to the Main Office/Banking Center for distribution.
  • Deliver a wide variety of items, such as mail, supplies, and packages to the different Banking Centers and to various customers.
  • Follow routes and time schedules for prompt delivery of items to customers and Banking Centers.
  • Provide essential customer service to customers and staff of Banking Centers.
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate the Bank’s vehicle safely.
  • Picks up deposits and delivers change orders to customers in a locked bag on a predetermined schedule
  • Facilitates customer communication with appropriate loan officer
  • Seeks out potential business development opportunities and reports them to appropriate loan officer
  • Promotes favorable image of the bank in all business activities within the community
  • Makes recommendations for improvements in service to customer (route changes, timing, etc.)

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience: One to two years related experience with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record with no traffic violations. Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more.
