Job Status: Exempt, Full-Time

Work Schedule: Regular office hours are Mon thru Friday from 8am to 5pm. Weekend and evening work may be required.

Amount of Travel Required: Traveling to customer, civic, and community functions is required

Job Summary:

The Community Executive is a professional, highly visible community liaison who works diligently to identify, develop, and maintain key business relationships with new and existing customers. The CE will also provide daily support at the Branch level, remaining ever cognizant of UFB’s loan and deposit goals.

Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the daily operations of the branch
  • Responsible for developing new loan and deposit business
  • Expand current customer relationships
  • Serve as the relationship manager for a portfolio of high net worth individuals
  • Provide coaching, support, and training for branch personnel
  • Perform a wide variety of customer service transactions
  • Manage all customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Cross-sell additional UFB services/products
  • Maintain awareness of current banking products and services
  • Represent the Bank at events within the local community
  • Participate in community organizations and boards

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • ‪Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business, finance, or accounting
  • 8 years of direct banking experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Direct supervisory experience is required

Physical Requirements of Essential Job Functions:

The associate is frequently required to sit and/or stand, communicate, reach, and manipulate objects, tools or controls that are typical or an office/bank environment. Lifting items weighting up to 10 pounds on a consistent basis. Manual dexterity and coordination are required over 80% of the work period while operating equipment such as computers, phones, calculators, etc.
