Brand Marketing Specialist – Evansville, IN

Position Summary

Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Build and maintain the organizations identity and ensure marketing material is representing the company in a positive light. Create, update and enforce brand guidelines so all creative work is cohesive and aligned with the overall look and feel of the organization.  This individual will be behind the scenes helping orchestrate all of the pieces that go into bringing the product to market.  In addition, this individual will be involved in decisions related to creative and content of projects, strategy and alignment of projects, product positioning, concentration and knowledge of target audiences, messaging and branding.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • coordinate marketing and advertising for all regions
  • conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • analysis of current market conditions and competitor information
  • develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • expand and develop marketing platforms
  • manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • develop and manage the marketing budget
  • deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
  • report on return on investment and key performance metrics
  • develop pricing strategy
  • create marketing presentations
  • work closely with the Compliance Officer in all marketing efforts for approval and compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and other regulations
  • collaborate with the sales function
  • monitor industry best practices
  • review, maintain, and perform updates via WordPress to corporate website and Intranet
  • utilize social media effectively as an advertising tool
  • implement and utilize digital marketing solutions in all regions
  • create or review written communication to be utilized via statement messages, email marketing initiatives, letters, social media, brochures, etc.

Position Qualifications

Education: business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualifications

Experience:

  • technical marketing skills including graphic design
  • experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies
  • proven experience in customer and market research
  • relevant product and industry knowledge
  • experience with relevant Microsoft Office suite programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • experience with relevant software applications including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent
  • Content management system i.e. WordPress
  • Ability to develop and manage marketing content using interactive displays or video displays
  • Knowledgeable of website design and design best practices
  • Knowledgeable of video marketing
