Lost or Stolen Cards
If your United  VISA card or OneCheck Checking and ATM card is lost or stolen, please call one of the following two numbers:

United  Visa Cards: 1-800-847-2911

United  OneCheck Checking and ATM Cards: 1-800-554-8969

After you have called the 800 number, please also notify your branch of United Bank during business hours to make necessary changes to your account.
